Security & Privacy
Q. Can I place my order by email?
A. We designed our site’s ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send us. You may however fax your order to us, using our faxable order form.
Q. Do you share any of my personal information with other companies?
A. We value you, our customers, and we know we don't want our information shared with other companies without our knowledge, so we don't do that to you. We won't give your name, your address, your email, or any other information about you to anyone...EVER!
Ordering by Fax
Q. Should I use an order form when ordering by fax?
A. We encourage you to use our faxable order form so that we may complete your faxed order more quickly. (Please fill out the form in English.) To view and print the form, you will need Acrobat Reader software (a free download from the Adobe site).

After Placing an Order
Q. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
A. To make changes to an order that you've already submitted, first complete a brand new order from beginning to end. Then, send an email to customerservice@walkabout.com to cancel your first order. Make sure you reference your order number in the cancellation email.
Q. What sort of order confirmation will I get?
A. After you order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email, to be followed in most cases by a shipping notification email. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.
