RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day refund policy. After 30 days, you may still be eligible for an exchange, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@walkabout.com with your order details.

For Items Returned Within 30 Days:

• Mail the item to:

• Please include a note in the package specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Don’t forget to include your Order Number.

• Additionally, send us an email with your tracking number (we recommend using USPS) to info@walkabout.com so we can track your return and fulfill your request.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns should be sent directly to Walkabout.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items:

• Some closeout or special sale items are non-refundable. This will be noted at the time of purchase if applicable.

Shipping Costs:

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
